We loan our own capital to upgrade properties prior to listing them. We defer all renovation/improvement costs to the seller and are paid back at the close of escrow. Our goal is to have the seller benefit by receiving added profit from the updates. It’s a win-win situation! We are different from traditional real estate brokerages selling homes by assisting sellers with obtaining funds to create buyer-desired updates, and then selling the home in an effort to maximize seller profits. Improvements to be a collective collaboration between seller and KD Realty.
Licensed contractors will ensure the home improvements are completed to code and current lending standards.
When we evaluate your home, we look at curb appeal. You only get one chance to make a first impression. Whether it is exterior paint, garage door, roof, landscaping, or window cleaning, we will make sure your home is looking its best.
Inside, we will create a plan for the vendors to freshen up the look to appeal to a broader range of buyers. The look and feel of the kitchen is a major consideration for buyers. Updated bathrooms are secondary to kitchens. Modernizing fixtures throughout the home, replacing outdated items and sometimes, staging will be the final touches.
